Create an Instant Aged, Crackled Finish

Fusion™ Crackled Texture makes it easy to create a deeply aged, weathered look with authentic-looking cracks and texture.

Simply apply it to a clean, horizontal surface, allow it to dry, then paint over it with Fusion Mineral Paint™. As the Crackled Texture dries, it creates beautiful variation and depth beneath your paint—perfect for adding character to furniture, décor, and decorative finishes.

CONTROL THE LOOK

The amount you apply will determine the effect.

Thicker application = larger, deeper cracks
Thinner application = smaller, more delicate crackling

Pour it on for a more dramatic effect, or gently spread it with a spatula or brush for finer texture. Avoid over-brushing, as too much manipulation can prevent the cracks from forming.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Creates an authentic aged and crackled effect

• Dries white and can be painted over

• Works on surfaces suitable for Fusion Mineral Paint™

• Great for wood and previously painted surfaces

• Apply by pouring, tapping, or gently smoothing with a spatula

• Water clean-up

• Top coat is optional

• Approximate coverage: 25 sq. ft.

• Dry time: approximately 2–6 hours, depending on thickness

• Recoat once fully dry

• Full cure: 21 days

IMPORTANT

Do not mix paint directly into Crackled Texture. Tinting or mixing paint into the product can prevent the crackling effect from forming.

For the best results, apply Crackled Texture first, allow it to dry completely, then paint over it with your chosen Fusion Mineral Paint™ colour.
